William Chang is an experienced engineer specializing in materials science and engineering, with a strong academic foundation that includes a Bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, a Master’s degree from Northwestern University, and a Ph.D. from UC Berkeley. Since February 2022, William Chang has held the position of FEOL Manufacturing Process Engineer at Meta. Prior to this role, William Chang worked at Apple as a Senior Module Process Engineer from February 2018 to January 2022, and at Lam Research as Product Engineer 3 and Product Engineer 4 from February 2016 to August 2017.
