William Hall

Developer Relations

William Hall has extensive experience in technology and customer support, starting with a role as Senior Help Desk Supervisor at Gap Inc. from October 2006 to December 2009, where responsibilities included managing interdepartmental dependencies, training new hires, and providing guidance to customer service employees. Following this, William held positions at Blizzard Entertainment as a Top Tier Specialist and Tech Consultant from October 2010 to June 2014, focusing on optimizing support systems. Later, at Oculus VR in April 2019, roles included Developer Strategy and Support Partner Manager, contributing to the establishment of a global customer support pipeline. Currently, William works in Developer Relations at Meta, continuing to leverage expertise in technology and customer service.
