William Pedersen has a diverse background in nuclear operations, mechanical engineering, and maintenance management, with significant experience in both military and civilian sectors. From December 2013 to May 2017, service with the US Navy included roles as a Nuclear Operations and Systems Instructor and Assistant Program Manager at the Naval Nuclear Laboratory. In addition, William held positions as Leading Petty Officer and Nuclear Machinist Mate during a decade of service with the Navy. Transitioning to civilian roles, William worked as an Engineering Consultant at Azzur Group, a Maintenance Lead at Gilead Sciences, and an Operations and Maintenance Supervisor at Tesla.
