Wisely Yang

Wisely Yang is an experienced engineer with a diverse background in systems integration, hardware design, and electrical engineering. Beginning as a Systems Integration Engineer at Proteus Digital Health, Inc. in 2014, Wisely contributed to the development of data extraction tools and algorithms for clinical trials. Subsequent roles included Baseband Hardware Engineer at Apple, responsible for the complete development cycle of cellular baseband hardware, culminating in the launch of Apple’s first 5G-capable iPhones. Other positions included System Test Engineer at Varian, where Wisely improved testing procedures, and Hardware Design Engineer at Infinera, focusing on ASIC platforms and optical engines. Prior academic experiences at Berkeley Imaging Systems Laboratory included research on magnetic particle imaging systems. Currently, Wisely serves as an Electrical Engineer at Meta. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
