Xi Wu

Xi Wu is an accomplished optical scientist currently at Meta, following a strong academic and professional background. At the Georgia Institute of Technology, Xi Wu served as a Graduate Research Assistant under Prof. Ali Adibi, contributing to significant advancements in thermally-reconfigurable high-Q SiC microring resonators and mid-infrared metasurfaces for biosensing applications. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, Xi Wu facilitated circuit experiments and coordinated educational activities. Prior experience includes roles as a Photonic Integrated Circuit Research Intern at Facebook, where Xi Wu completed disclosures for patent filings, and as an Optoelectronics Intern at Seagate Technology, focusing on DWDM filter design.
