Xiaobin Xin is a Micro-LED Research Scientist at Meta, specializing in the invention and development of novel semiconductor devices. Prior to this role, Xiaobin served in various engineering and leadership positions at companies such as Apple Inc., Micon Technology, and United Silicon Carbide, demonstrating extensive expertise in processing development and device physics. Xiaobin holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University, as well as additional advanced degrees in Physics and Applied Physics from Peking University and Tsinghua University.
