Xiaorui Gan is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in AI and machine learning across several prominent tech companies. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Ads AI/ML at Meta since October 2024, Xiaorui focuses on developing advanced AI/ML technologies for monetization. Prior roles include Senior Staff Engineer at Google, where Xiaorui led initiatives in ads personalization and AI/ML infrastructure, as well as Senior Director of Engineering at Tencent, overseeing big data platform projects. Additionally, Xiaorui held leadership positions at Reddit, managing a team of over 100 engineers and advancing various aspects of advertising technology. Xiaorui earned a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Zhejiang University.
