Xiaozhu Meng is an accomplished computer scientist with extensive experience in performance analysis and software engineering. At the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2011 to 2018, Xiaozhu contributed to parallelizing machine code analysis and binary instrumentation capabilities for various architectures, including work on Red Hat Linux. As a Research Scientist at Rice University from June 2019 to May 2022, Xiaozhu developed performance analysis tools for AMD and Intel GPUs, while also enhancing NVIDIA GPU performance capabilities. From May 2022 to January 2024, Xiaozhu worked as a Deep Learning Compiler Engineer at Amazon Lab126, and currently serves as a Software Engineer at Meta. Xiaozhu holds a Bachelor's degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and both a Master's degree and PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
