Xinlei Wang

Xinlei Wang is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in AI-powered systems and data-driven solutions. Starting as a research intern at Intel Labs and the US Army Research Lab, Xinlei progressed to significant roles at Facebook, including research scientist and engineering manager, where contributions included the founding of Facebook Marketplace and leadership of growth initiatives. As Head of Fleet Infrastructure at Nuro, Xinlei focused on developing robust infrastructure for autonomous deliveries. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Meta, Xinlei leads multiple teams to innovate discovery experiences on the platform. Xinlei holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Alberta, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis, with a perfect academic record.
