Xu Chen

Xu Chen is a seasoned professional in electrical engineering and computer science with a solid academic background, earning a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Science from Stanford University. Xu began a career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at UC Berkeley before progressing to Marvell Semiconductor, where significant contributions included the design and verification of cache systems and memory management units. Following a role as a Senior ASIC Design Engineer at Apple, Xu assumed increasing responsibilities at Meta, initially as a Digital Design Tech Lead focusing on AI accelerator architecture for XR products and currently serving as Hardware Design Manager, leading a design team for AI accelerator implementation at Reality Labs.
