Yangfei Xu

Yangfei (Becky) Xu is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in hardware and physical design within prominent technology companies. As a Principal Hardware Engineer at Oracle, Yangfei led ASIC flow support for a 10nm CPU chip. At Intel Corporation, Yangfei served as a Design Engineer, focusing on high-speed IO methodologies and full IP timing closure. Prior roles at Cadence Design Systems included Staff Design Engineer, Sr. Services Application Engineer, and Principal Design Engineer, where Yangfei developed design flows, ensured successful customer deliveries, and received recognition for exceptional execution. Currently, as a Physical Design Engineer at Meta, Yangfei is involved in STA sign-off, netlist quality checks, low power methodologies, and EDA vendor collaboration. Yangfei holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University.
