Yangzi Yangzi is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in mobile application development. At Yelp, from December 2017 to April 2020, Yangzi collaborated with Product and Design teams to enhance the Yelp iOS app by creating new reservations and waitlist features, modernizing user interfaces, and implementing analytics initiatives that significantly informed product strategy. Prior to Yelp, Yangzi interned at Amazon, where a feature was developed enabling instant sign-outs from mobile accounts on Android, as well as contributing to a mobile identity platform overseeing account status on iOS devices. Since July 2020, Yangzi has worked at Meta, initially as a Software Engineer and currently as a Senior Software Engineer, building on a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
