Ye Wang

Ye Wang is a seasoned research scientist with extensive experience in applied physics and imaging technologies. Ye contributed to the development of advanced imaging spectrometers during a tenure as a Graduate Research Assistant at Rice University, where Ye also implemented novel image reconstruction methods. Prior experience includes significant research on graphene nanospheres at Nanjing University and an internship as a Software Engineer at Facebook, focusing on algorithmic ranking. Currently, Ye serves as a Staff Research Scientist at Meta, following a progression through roles as Senior Research Scientist and Research Scientist. Ye's academic credentials include a PhD in Applied Physics from Rice University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Nanjing University, along with an exchange program at the National University of Singapore.
