Yegor Shrayev

Yegor Shrayev has extensive experience in production engineering and infrastructure management, with a strong focus on real-time data systems, development infrastructure, and team leadership. At Meta, Yegor held the position of Senior Manager of Production Engineering, overseeing the Real-time Data PE Organization and leading a team of approximately 40 engineers across multiple locations. Prior roles include Development Infrastructure Group Manager at Check Point Software Technologies, where Yegor managed a group of software developers and was responsible for internal development systems. Yegor also held various positions in the Israel Defense Forces, contributing to the consolidation of IT infrastructure and leading diverse teams. Yegor's educational background includes an eMBA from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc. from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
