Yoomi Hur possesses extensive experience in the culinary field, particularly in pastry arts, with significant roles at notable establishments. From September 2017 to November 2022, Yoomi served as the Executive Pastry Sous Chef at Facebook, overseeing the Pastry team and program at the headquarters in Austin, TX, and the Asia Pacific region. Yoomi's previous experience includes roles as a Pastry Chef at prestigious venues such as Baumé Restaurant, a two Michelin star establishment, and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, as well as managerial roles like Restaurant General Manager at Todai Sushi.
