Yunqi Li

Yunqi Li is an accomplished optical engineer with a robust academic background, holding both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Optical Engineering from the University of Rochester. Experience includes serving as a Student Alumni Ambassador at the University of Rochester, where insights into current student culture were shared with the alumni community. As a Research Assistant at the Laboratory for Laser Energetics, high-performance beam shaping methods were developed, and Matlab programs for complex laser modulation algorithms were created. In the role of Optical Engineer at OptoFidelity, collaboration with a leading social network company resulted in the development of VR/AR performance test equipment. Currently, Yunqi serves as an Optical Metrology Engineer at Meta, continuing to advance expertise in optical technologies. Prior to these roles, contributions were made as a Lab Assistant at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and as a Research Intern at Corning Incorporated, focusing on advanced optical interconnections and laser research.
