Yvonne Cantrowitz is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in strategic HR leadership across various reputable organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Meta since May 2020, Yvonne leads HR efforts for the Meta Reality Labs Business Group and has previously supported global marketing divisions within Meta. Prior to Meta, Yvonne was the Head of Human Resources at Annalect, focusing on HR strategy for a worldwide staff as part of the executive leadership team. Additional roles include Director of HR Operational Excellence at Thomson Reuters, where Yvonne led global operational strategies, and HR Business Partner positions at both Sapient and Thomson Reuters, providing strategic support across diverse business units. Yvonne began their career as an HR Advisor at JPMorgan Chase after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics from Binghamton University.
