Zach Pierce

Zach Pierce serves as a Software Engineering Manager at Meta since June 2022, where efforts focus on Business Messaging, contributing to a multi-billion dollar growth opportunity by facilitating connections between over a billion users and businesses on Meta's apps. Prior to this, Zach held multiple roles at Best Buy from November 2011 to June 2022, advancing from Director of Marketing & Customer Technology to Senior Director of Engineering, People Technology, successfully building a 200-person engineering team and optimizing talent deployment. Zach's earlier experience includes key positions at Boston Scientific, where significant achievements in system performance and data integration were made, as well as roles at GMAC RFC and 3M, highlighting a foundation in software engineering and technical support. Zach earned a Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Systems from Concordia University-St. Paul.
