Zakaria Haque

Zakaria Haque is a highly experienced Senior Staff Software Engineer specializing in Machine Learning, currently at Meta since December 2024. Prior to this role, Zakaria served at YouTube from 2021 to December 2024, where leadership in the Discovery/Homepage Recommendation organization focused on improving recommendation quality through the entire stack. Zakaria's previous experience includes serving as an Engineering Manager at Facebook from 2017 to December 2020, where innovative solutions for misinformation detection were developed to enhance user experience across various platforms.
