Zefeng Zhang

Zefeng Zhang is a machine learning professional with experience in various roles across prominent organizations. At Meta, Zefeng currently serves as a Machine Learning Engineer, focusing on feed ranking, recommendation systems, and advertising ranking, including click-through rate and conversion rate predictions. Prior to this role, Zefeng worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at Glidewell Dental, and as an Applied Scientist at Amazon, where responsibilities included the extraction of structured product attributes from unstructured text and transaction risk classification, along with publishing research at the Amazon Machine Learning Conference in 2020. Earlier experience includes a position as a Research Assistant at the National University of Singapore, where efforts were centered on statistical Weibull analysis of fracture datasets using C++.
