Zhuo Chen

Zhuo Chen is an experienced data scientist with a robust background in predictive modeling and financial analytics. Having worked at Monzo Bank as a Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist, Zhuo focused on building account management scorecards and maintaining critical IFRS9 models for overdrafts and loans. Prior experience includes a role at Capital One as a Business Analyst in Credit Risk Management, where Zhuo contributed to quarterly loss forecasting and revamped recovery methodologies, as well as customer management initiatives to reactivate inactive customers. Currently serving as a Product Data Scientist at Meta, Zhuo specializes in ads targeting and user representation.
