Zihe Chen is a Research Scientist at Meta, with a background in computer science and applied mathematics. Zihe completed a PhD in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2019, following a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2011. Prior to the current role at Meta, Zihe gained experience as a Software Engineer Intern at Striim, where the focus was on delivering a time series analysis module for an online data platform, and as an intern at Microsoft, contributing to geometric modeling and reconstruction within the Internet Graphics team at Microsoft Research Asia.
