Zoe Sullivan

Zoe Sullivan is an accomplished program manager and leader in recruiting operations, currently employed at Meta since March 2022. In this role, Zoe focuses on enhancing operational efficiencies within various recruitment phases, including referrals and interview operations. Prior to Meta, Zoe served as Director of Consultant Engagement at Talent Path, where responsibilities included strategic advisory roles in workforce development and technical career training. Experience also includes significant contributions to MBA Career Services & Employer Alliance and various universities, where Zoe managed career services, developed programming, and provided career counseling to students. Zoe holds a Master of Arts in Counseling & Guidance for Higher Education from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Professional Writing from UC Santa Barbara.
