Jerome Dupas

Jerome Dupas serves as Managing Director M&A and a member of the management board at Pramex International since January 2012, where Jerome oversees mergers and acquisitions for the subsidiary of BPCE Group. Additionally, since October 2009, Jerome has been a board member at METEX, presiding over both the Remuneration and Nomination committee and the Audit committee. Prior roles include Managing Director of Corporate Finance at BNP Paribas from January 2010 to December 2011, and Head of CFCM France at BNP Paribas Fortis from September 2004 to January 2009. Jerome also held the position of Director at PPMVentures from January 2002 to July 2004 and was Managing Director and Head of the tech team at HSBC Investment Bank from March 2000 to December 2002, leading an international team focused on M&A, capital raising, and IPOs for tech companies. Jerome's career began at HSBC from 1997 to 2000, where duties included serving as Directeur général of HSBC Investment Bank. Jerome holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School and an engineering degree in Robotics from Université de Technologie de Compiègne. Further education includes studies at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
