Metabolic Office started by Sahir Patel in 2019 is a contemporary ecological design, architecture, planning and research practice based in Ahmedabad. The Office has been working on various projects in Gujarat - from master planning, rewilding, water management, landscaping and real estate projects that rely on effective design solutions that are contextual, contemporary and resilient. 

We also have a robust research arm to consult governments, businesses as well as educational institutions to adapt whole systems thinking with an advanced knowledge of remote sensing and GIS to develop strategies for climate adaptation, mitigation and resilience.
