Brandon Eudy, Ph.D., holds a Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Florida and has extensive experience in research and academia. Positions held include Laboratory Technician at CMAST - NC State University Center for Marine Sciences and Technology, where research focused on fatty acid composition of fish roes, and roles as a PhD Candidate and Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Florida and UNC Chapel Hill, studying non-alcoholic steatohepatitis and nutritional impacts.
