Dr. Patrick Arnott

Dr. Patrick Arnott has a diverse work experience in various research and business development roles. Dr. Patrick started their career as a Summer Intern at the University of Southampton, where they worked on a collaborative research project. Dr. Patrick then progressed to positions such as Student and Scientific Researcher, focusing on cancer research and DNA synthesis. Dr. Arnott also held research positions at UCL, working on DNA nanotechnology and microfluidics for diagnostics. In their most recent role at Metabolon, Inc., they served as the Sales & Business Development Director, leading sales strategy, forecast modeling, and corporate development activities. Dr. Patrick'sprevious experiences at Sartorius Stedim Biotech and Innovation Forum involved field account management, process development, and global business development. Throughout their career, Dr. Arnott has demonstrated expertise in research, technology development, and business strategy.

Dr. Patrick Arnott pursued their education starting with a MChem in Chemistry with Medicinal Sciences from the University of Southampton from 2011 to 2015. Dr. Patrick then went on to complete an EngD in Biochemical Engineering and Bioprocess Leadership at UCL from 2015 to 2019. In 2018, they also undertook a program in New Venture Development at the London Business School.
