Duke Nishimura

Duke Nishimura serves as the CEO of Strategic Emerging Technologies LLC / dba StemTechIntl and MetaCities, focusing on integrating emerging technologies to address large-scale problems and leading decentralized Web3 initiatives, respectively. Currently, Duke Nishimura holds the position of Board Chair and Chief Strategic Officer at DBC Holdings, Inc., overseeing global R&D in healthcare and public health. Extensive consulting experience includes advising C-suite executives for over 400 organizations, driving significant capital raises and corporate valuations. Duke Nishimura previously led UVC Science, Inc. and DBC America, Inc., implementing innovative technologies in the biotech and healthcare sectors. Educational qualifications include a BS in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an MBA from LSU Shreveport, and additional certifications in venture deals and emergency management.
