Malachy Gallagher

Malachy Gallagher is a seasoned Security Architect currently employed at MetaCompliance since June 2017. Prior to this role, Malachy served as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at London Capital Group from January 2014 to May 2017, leading a team responsible for the design and optimization of online trading and FX platforms. Malachy also held the position of Senior Systems Engineer at Munich Re from December 2010 to December 2013, managing the London branch’s infrastructure and ensuring its security and performance. Earlier experience includes functioning as the Network and Communications Assistant Manager at Thomson Reuters from November 2006 to December 2010, as well as working as a Network Engineer at SunGard for a brief contract in 2006. Malachy holds a BEng (Hons) + DIS degree in Electronics and Computing from Ulster University, completed in 2005.
