Matthew McAleer

Matthew McAleer is the Senior Instructional Design Team Lead at MetaCompliance, a position held since 2025. Previously, they worked at Formby High School as a Teacher of ICT and PSHE from 2010 to 2011. Between 2012 and 2014, Matthew served as a Creative Media Facilitator and Resource Developer at Nerve Centre, where they planned training programs and managed digital resource production. Additionally, they were the Academy Manager at Learning Pool from 2018 to 2020, responsible for the online academy and creation of compliance training resources. Matthew holds a Secondary PGCE in ICT from Edge Hill University and a BSc in Multimedia Computing and Design from the University of Ulster.
