James Cloud

James Cloud is an experienced professional in the fields of real estate and innovation consultancy. Currently serving as an Associate Broker at metaCRE since February 2022, James previously worked as an Innovation Consultant at Wabash College Center for Innovation, Business and Entrepreneurship, where extensive research was conducted in the financial technology sector, particularly in financial advisor software. James also held the position of Commercial Real Estate Analyst at Thomas English Retail Real Estate for a brief period in 2021. Before venturing into real estate, James co-founded Cloud O'Herren Cline Landscaping, successfully managing client relationships, overseeing projects, and achieving significant financial results over several summers. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Wabash College, complemented by a high school diploma from Cathedral High School.
