Michael Cranfill

Michael Cranfill is a partner at metaCRE, where responsibilities include developing strategic tenant market strategies and maximizing landlord value while championing growth in Indianapolis and the Hoosier State. As a proprietor, Michael operates Cholita Taqueria & The TikiTiki Lounge and The District Tap, which is noted as Indy's largest craft beer bar and restaurant. Previous experience includes serving as a senior associate at CBRE, focusing on retail advisory and transaction services, and at Sitehawk Retail Real Estate, specializing in national tenant representation, landlord leasing, site selection, and lease/purchase agreement negotiations. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics from Hanover College and is a graduate of Brownsburg High School.
