Tricia Dell is the Chief of Staff at Metafora, where they currently oversee operations and initiatives. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Flock Freight, a tech unicorn recognized for its innovative approach to freight logistics. Tricia's early career included an Administrative Assistant position with the Pennsylvania Air and Army National Guard and a Marketing Communications internship at TMone. Tricia earned a degree in Marketing and Management from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and pursued further education at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
