Debby Rivera is an accomplished UX/UI Designer with extensive experience in user experience and application interface design, currently employed at Metaformers since October 2016. Prior to this role, Debby served as the Training Lead for ERP Implementation at Metaformers for the Maryland Judiciary and as an Organizational Change Management Consultant at Ciber. Other notable positions include Organizational Readiness Consultant for the City of Albuquerque and Partner, Project Manager at Fifth House Solutions, which Debby co-founded. Debby also has a background in education as an instructor of visual communications at Westwood College and as a Graphic Designer for Mundo Hispanico. Debby holds a Master of Fine Arts in New Media from the Academy of Art University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communications from American InterContinental University.
