Riya Jain

Riya Jain has extensive experience in revenue operations and growth, currently working at Metaforms since August 2025. Prior to this role, Riya served in the Founder's Office at Leap from November 2022 to June 2025, where responsibilities included driving growth by identifying underserved cohorts and launching new revenue engines, as well as enhancing user acquisition through referrals. Riya was also a founding team member at Newton School from November 2020 to November 2022, contributing to the development of growth strategies for an EdTech platform. Additionally, Riya co-founded Honeycomb, a swimwear-focused D2C brand, and completed a research associate position at the University of Malta, where focus was on healthcare technology for dementia care.
