We have a passion for what we do, which is why we refine our products down to the smallest detail, winning the appreciation of customers all over the world.

We are a family-owned, Polish company from Sokółka in the Podlaskie Voivodeship. We have been operating since 1989, when Stanisław Kucharewicz, father of the current president and owner Jacek Kucharewicz, opened the METAL-FACH plant in a small backyard garage. The first investment was the purchase of a welding machine with the money obtained from the sale of a motorbike. Since then, the pace of development of our business has steadily accelerated, so that now, in 2025, we are one of the leaders in the production of central heating boilers, agricultural machinery, car trailers, steel structures and rims, as well as research services.

We employ qualified staff, equip our facilities with state-of-the-art equipment, conduct research and apply the most stringent quality standards. On our way to achieving successive business goals, we are guided not only by the need to make a profit, but also by values that cannot usually be quantified. These include mutual respect within our team of professionals, reliability towards our business partners, as well as care for the natural environment, which is expressed in investments in ecological solutions.
