Metal Magic FTC #23362 is a veteran FIRST Tech Challenge robotics team based in Ashburn, VA, focused on building advanced robots and inspiring the next generation of engineers and innovators. We design, build, and program competitive FTC robots each season while developing robust engineering processes, CAD-driven design, and reliable software to perform at a high level in competition.

Beyond the field, we are deeply committed to STEM outreach. Our team runs year-round initiatives—including hackathons, summer camps, classes, and kickoff events—to introduce younger students to robotics, coding, and engineering in a hands-on, engaging way.

We also partner with local organizations, sponsors, and schools to expand access to STEM education and to grow the FTC community in our region. Donations directly support our robot development, travel to competitions, and outreach events, enabling us to scale our impact and reach more students.

If you’re interested in mentoring, sponsoring, collaborating on outreach, or learning more about our work, connect with us here or visit metalmagicftc.org.
