Johan Bester

Johan Bester has a strong background in the pneumatic industry, with extensive experience in sales and management roles. Johan began their career at Festo in 1995 as a Sales Engineer and stayed with the company for over 17 years. In 2012, Johan joined Pneumax Southern Africa as a Business Development Manager and later became the National Sales Manager. Johan then moved to SMC Pneumatics in 2015, where they served as the Head of Sales until 2017. Currently, Johan holds the position of Managing Director at Metal Work Pneumatic, a market-leading Italian company specializing in pneumatic components for automation systems.

Johan Bester attended Waterkloof High School from 1981 to 1988, where they obtained their Matriculation (Matric) degree.
