Metalsinter S.r.l. manufactures sintered mechanical components based on customer design by means of a mold compacting process and a sintering treatment of iron-based powders.

We supply a wide range of customers, operating in the most different types of industrial sectors: automotive, agricultural machinery, textile machines, machine tools, power tools, household appliances and various mechanical applications where the powder metallurgy technology meets the requirements of cost, productivity and compliance to stringent technical specifications.

Today the main market segment is the automotive, with production of components both for OEM and aftermarket. The consolidated experience in this sector has then allowed the expansion in various other sectors diversified by type of industry and customers.

We work closely with the customer from the design phase, providing the best technical solutions. Interacting with the customer technical offices offering a support service to the design, refining, in the various phases, the design aspects to achieve the best compromise between cost optimization and technical and performance specifications.
