Simon Harris has a long and varied work experience. Simon began their career in 1995 as a Senior Account Manager at Genesis Telecom. In 1999, they became the Sales Director at Korus, where they were responsible for sales management, market engagement, and executive customer sponsorship. In 2003, they moved to Avaya as the Indirect Services Manager, where they were responsible for the development of the entire UK indirect sales services revenue. In 2007, they became the Head of IPT at COLT, where they were responsible for developing a new business within the core company. In 2009, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer at The Universal Group, where they provided oversight and control to the parent companies of local entities. In 2012, they became the Director of The British Business Group of Macedonia, where they promoted business to business networks between companies in the UK and the Balkans. Finally, in 2015, they joined Metalysis as the Group Company Secretary, Head of Compliance, and Country Director (Northern Macedonia).
Simon Harris obtained a Certificate in Company Secretarial and Share Registration Practice from Kensington College of Business in Holborn, London in 2013, as part of the ICSA - Cert. CSP/SRP program in Corporate Governance and ICSA Accreditation. Simon began their studies in 2011. Additionally, they obtained the ICSA CSP/SRP certification from Kensington College of Business in August 2013.
