Philippe Morali

Philippe Morali serves as a Board Member at Meta Materials Inc., contributing to the Audit and Compensation Committees since October 2023. Previously, as Chief Financial Officer at eSilicon from November 2016 to January 2021, Philippe led significant strategic transactions that scaled revenue from $120M to $140M, culminating in a $50M sale of IP assets and a $240M acquisition.
