At Metanoia Catholic, we guide souls towards their divine calling in God's kingdom. In a world cluttered with distractions, many feel lost, unsure of their gifts, and overwhelmed by spiritual battles. Our mission? To clear the path, focusing on your unique design, mission, and battle. With us, embark on a transformative journey to harness your God-given potential, fostering perseverance, growth, and fulfillment.

Our vision springs from Matt and Erin Ingold's realization: many Catholics yearn for more but lack the tools for spiritual engagement. Metanoia Catholic stands as a pioneer, blending rigorous Catholic anthropology with Thomistic psychology and Scripture, realigning goals and inner life with God's plan. This approach doesn't just change lives; it revolutionizes coaching, turning individuals into beacons of God’s light.

Why choose us? In an era craving meaning, Metanoia offers renewal. Here, personal development transcends secular norms, rooted deeply in faith, ensuring growth without compromising Catholic values. Our coaching cultivates your unique design, mission, and battle, preparing you for God's kingdom like never before.

Addressing the crisis of human formation, we recognize the urgent need for interior cultivation. Through Catholic coaching, we facilitate a deeper understanding of being truly human, laying a foundation for intellectual and spiritual growth within the Church's sacramental life.

Founders Erin and Matt Ingold blend their life coaching with deep Catholic faith, crafting a unique program focused on holistic transformation. Metanoia Catholic's vision? A Church vibrant with individuals living out God's plan, a legacy of faith and purpose.

Join us in this transformative journey, as we navigate the complexities of faith and human development, together striving for a deeper experience of God's grace and purpose.
