Peter Brown

Peter Brown has been the CEO of Metapass since March 2020. Prior to that, they were a Mission Systems PE at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) from June 2015 to March 2020, where they advised senior military and civilian leadership regarding new tactics and procedures for Advanced Submarine Mission Systems. Peter also had System Integration and Program Management duties for cross-functional organizations. Peter was awarded the National Intelligence Meritorious Unit Citation from the Director of National Intelligence, Daniel R. Coats. (IMUC). From October 2014 to December 2015, they were a Research Assistant at Seattle University, where they did Materials Science Research - Characterization of a Fast Responding Composite Thermal Bimorph Film Actuator Based on Carbon Nanotube Sheets and Materials Science Research - Experimental Evaluation of Carbon Fiber Composite Standing Rigging for International 14 Racing Yachts. From June 2014 to September 2014, they were a Mechanical Engineering Intern at FLIR Systems Inc.

Peter Brown attended the U.S. Naval War College for their education in Joint Military Operations. Peter also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Seattle University. Additionally, they are certified from the NCEES in EIT Washington State.
