Michael Webb

Michael Webb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and IT modernization. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at MetaPhase Consulting, Michael leads a $30M USDA Rural Development portfolio and directs the implementation of Zero Trust architecture for a $32B loan program. As a co-founder of ReFood, Michael focuses on democratizing market access in the DMV area through regenerative agriculture principles. Previous roles include Enterprise Architect at PG Public Services LLC, where advisory work for the SEC involved IT modernization strategies, and Lead Business Systems Engineer at MITRE, developing modernization blueprints for clients such as the VA and DOE. Michael's earlier career includes positions at IBM, the Office of the Chief Financial Officer in Washington, DC, and Serco. Michael holds a Master’s degree from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor’s degree from Boston University.
