Michael Webb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise architecture and IT modernization. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at MetaPhase Consulting, Michael leads a $30M USDA Rural Development portfolio and directs the implementation of Zero Trust architecture for a $32B loan program. As a co-founder of ReFood, Michael focuses on democratizing market access in the DMV area through regenerative agriculture principles.
