Antonia Nooke

Antonia Nooke is a Senior Consultant at Metaplan since November 2023, specializing in management consulting rooted in organizational sciences to facilitate cultural change and strategic development. Previously, Antonia served as Co-Head of Organisational Development at Axel Springer National Media & Tech GmbH & Co. KG from May 2021 to September 2023, leading a team focused on agile transformation and employee engagement initiatives. Additional roles include being an Agile Coach and Circle Lead for "Agile Organisation" at Axel Springer, and Project Lead and Senior Consultant at Summer&Co, where Antonia worked on cultural transformation projects. Antonia’s experience also encompasses founding member responsibilities at Shift Collective, account management at thjnk for Audi Germany, and an internship at McKinsey & Company. Antonia holds a Master of Arts in Media Science from Filmuniversität Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF and a Bachelor of Arts in European Ethnology and Social Science from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, along with an Erasmus semester at Université Paris 8.
