Lars Gaede is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consultancy and media. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Metaplan since December 2019, Lars specializes in advising organizations on complex challenges by analyzing diverse group dynamics. As a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Work Awesome, established in January 2016, Lars has played a crucial role in orchestrating inspirational conferences and learning journeys in major cities such as Berlin, New York City, and Lagos.
