Eric Thomas

Eric Thomas is a seasoned executive in the commercial real estate sector with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President at CBRE since May 2020, Eric plays a pivotal role in advising clients on strategic initiatives related to global transaction management and office space planning during the COVID pandemic. In addition, Eric has been a Proptech Investor & Advisor at MetaProp.vc since June 2015, providing mentorship to early-stage companies within the PropTech ecosystem. Prior to these roles, Eric held significant positions including Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield, Managing Principal at Cresa, and Vice President at both Cassidy Turley and JLL. Eric's career commenced at Studley Inc. as an Assistant Director, focused on business development. Eric holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Skidmore College.
