Evan Petitt

As Director of Investor Relations, Evan brings more than 8 years of experience in finance, operations, accounting and sales.

In addition, Evan spearheads NYC Real Estate Tech Week, an elite gathering of real estate and technology minds that takes place in November. Evan also acts as a liaison between MetaProp and Reed MIDEM to produce the MIPIM PropTech Summit, the flagship event of NYC Real Estate Tech Week. Lastly, he project manages MetaProp's research and insight initiatives, highlighted by the bi-annual Global PropTech Confidence Index, a major thought leadership report previously featured in the Wall Street Journal.

Prior to joining MetaProp, he worked as a Treasury Associate at GoldenTree Asset Management, a hedge fund with over $27 billion in AUM. While at GoldenTree, Evan coordinated directly with the CFO and COO to execute wire transfers through numerous banking systems while supporting their fund accountant team.

Evan received an MBA degree from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and a BBA degree in Management at James Madison University.
