Jon Flugstad

Jon Flugstad currently serves as the Chief Business Officer at MetaRouter since January 2026. Prior to this role, Flugstad held the position of Head of Business Development - Commerce Media at Moloco from June 2024 to January 2026, and served as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company for a decade (July 2014 - June 2024). Flugstad began a career at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate from August 2010 to July 2012 and worked as a Research and Government Relations Associate at the American Enterprise Institute between January 2008 and August 2010. Additionally, a brief stint as a Research Consultant at Harvard Kennedy School took place from October 2009 to February 2010. Flugstad earned an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business (2012 - 2014) and a BA in Political Science from Wheaton College (2004 - 2007).
