David Byers

David Byers has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. David started their career as a Field Service Engineer at Agfa, where they provided support to customers for photographic printing and processing systems. After that, they worked at ColourComp Corporation as a Technical Service Engineer. David then joined IKON Office Solutions as a Sr. Development Manager, where they led the technical aspects of IKON.com and other customer-facing web properties. Following this, they joined Ricoh USA, Inc. as a Sr Principal Software Engineer, where they were responsible for architecting and developing various solutions related to remote management of MFDs, electronic document management, custom integration projects, and electronic workflow solutions. David also stayed updated with the latest BPM methodologies. Currently, David Byers is working at MetaSource as a Professional Services Engineer.

David Byers attended Penn State Great Valley from 2005 to 2007, although no degree or field of study information is provided for this period.
